On the Piste! 2009 - Winter Club Skiing Trip
January 24th to January 31st 2009
Location: Alpe D' Huez, France
This is the Annual Club Winter Skiing Trip. This year it was held in Alpe D' Huez in the French Alps. Accomodation was in a chalet, and the attendees got Skiing by day, and the Apres-Ski (beer!) in the evenings.

Thorpe Park 2009 - New Coaster Launch "Saw - The Ride"

Blackpool Bash 2009
Friday 17th April to Sunday 19th April 2009
Location: Blackpool, UK
Everybody say "Blackpooooool"
The Club's annual shin-dig and our most famous, action packed, super fun, Coaster Crazy weekend of them all! As our main social event of the year
it's easily the best way to meet and get to know your fellow members whilst also riding some great coasters and enjoying some fabulous live
entertainment.

USA 2009 - Stand Behind the Yellow Line
Saturday 6th June to Sunday 21st June 2009
Location: Various East Coast, USA
This trip will take place between Saturday 6th June and Sunday 21st June 2009. We will fly from Heathrow to Washington and return to Heathrow from Toronto. During the trip we will be visiting the following parks:
Busch Gardens Europe, Kings Dominion, Six Flags America, Wildwood "Morey's Pier", Atlantic City "Steel Pier", Rye Playland, Lake Compounce, Six Flags New England, Six Flags Great Escape, Seabreeze, Darien Lake, Waldameer and Canada's Wonderland.
That will amount to over 85 different coasters including Hurler, Alpengeist, Great White, Superman, Ravine Flyer II, Behemoth and Boulderdash.
The booking deadline for this trip was 3rd November 2008. So unfortunately bookings for this trip have now closed.
During this trip we will aim to provide you with a daily trip report on this website that we will put together in the evening (in some random Bar), so you should have a new report to read each morning for the duration of our trip! When this is available, a link will be shown here!

Summer Bash 2009

Location: Flamingo Land, Malton, Yorkshire, UK
Our annual bit of summer fun. The 2009 Summer Bash was held at Flamingo Land, in Yorkshire. This coincided with the launch of the new World Record breaking Mumbo Jumbo coaster by S&S Power. As this park is close to Lightwater Valley, many members extended their weekend by visiting this park on the Saunday. A truely good fun weekend.

Mega-GLOW-Mania 2009

Location: Oakwood Theme Park, Pembrokeshire, UK
It's time for wooooood! Or as they say in Welsh "Its time for choedwig!" It was also time to get the tents out for Camp Oakwood. The trip concludes with a night time glow in the dark ERS on Megafobia.

Meet at the Park

This was a casual 'meet at the park' event, to help us get our coaster fix in September! 40 members turned up in the sunshine for an excellent day, including a special behind-the-scenes tour!

Loopathon 2009

This was the last coastering event of the year for most of us when we visited Alton Towers & Drayton Manor for the annual loopathon weekend.

Las Vegas 2009
Saturday 14th November to Friday 20th November 2009
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
The final event of the 2009 year. A few members joined up on an informal gathering in Las Vegas to ride some Coasters, have fun in Casinos, and for some attend the annual IAAPA Expo.
